Aji Bene, located on the north side of massive electronics store (Yodobashi Camera) in Umeda, offers Napoli inspired Italian, seafood cuisine. The staff greets you with such an enthusiastic,heartfelt ‘irashaimasay’ (welcome), that you think you must have met them before somewhere. ‘Aji’ means Blue fish (also known as Horse Mackeral) & the waiters take the ‘Aji’ fresh from the on premise aquarium to prepare dishes such as their house special--- ‘Acquapazza’ {Bluefish, squid and mussels stew}. Aji Bene also serves various pasta, risotto and pizza dishes. Be sure to ask the knowledgeable staff for their wine suggestions & to try the homemade ‘Dolce’ (desserts).
