Love grilled, skewered chicken (yakitori)?  If so, then Gonbei is the place for you.  The chef grills each skewer one by one over premium charcoal and flavors the chicken with natural sea salt from France and their original sauce.  The restaurant ambience is traditional, with the added convenience of dug out seating.  You can order a la cart or from one of the suggested platters.  Gonbei raises their own chickens (in neighboring Shiga prefecture) to ensure top quality.  (Great location in Shinsaibashi----right over Yotsubashi station---makes it really easy to get to.)
