Hokkyokusei created Omu-rice. It has the distinction of being the 1st Omu-rice restaurant in Osaka--- opening its doors in 1922. Though now a chain of 14 restaurants (all in Osaka), this original, flagship restaurant still maintains its traditional roots. Please come and enjoy the Omu-Rice (butter flavored fried rice ensconced in a fluffy egg wrap, topped with their original, savory sauce).
