Shabuchin, founded in 1972 & located around the corner from the famous Yoshimoto comedy theater, specializes in Shabu-Shabu (an extremely tasty Japanese hot pot dish in which you cook thinly sliced beef or pork and vegetables in a pot right at your table).  You simply swish the meat back and forth in the boiling water a few times, dip it in Shabuchin’s delicious, original sauce and enjoy.  The menu is organized in set meals, making the ordering process very easy.  If you should need any assistance in preparing the shabu-shabu, the staff is ready and eager to help.
