Tori Bene, a two minute walk from Shinsaibashi station exit 6, is a small, warm & rustic Italian restaurant where the staff make you feel right at home.  As its name ‘Tori’ (chicken) implies, this restaurant has numerous chicken dishes.  The chicken is ‘Umedori’, meaning locally raised & fed with Japanese plum extract.  The Acquacotta (Umedori and Seasonal Vegetables Soup) & Risotto is a favorite of Tori Bene’s loyal following.  There’s also a plethora of seafood, pasta, pizza and homemade desserts.  A great pick for either Lunch or Dinner.
